Payment Policy

CASH ON DELIVERY:

• We regret that we do not accept cash, cheques or bank transfer however you can use your credit or debit card in any of our Vshakes by Vitallea Shops located across Dubai.
• We recommend you use our online portal since its secure and the order can be processed immediately.

CREDIT CARDS:

• Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard over the phone or via ready2blend.com.
• Credit card payments online are processed by a secure third party payment gateway ‘Cybersource.com’.
• Please note that Email is not secure and payment information should not be sent via email.
• Vshakes by Vitallea is not liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to personal and transactional information provided when placing an order.
• When you place your order on our site, you will be asked to provide your payment details (either your credit or debit card number). Our payment service providers will then check that you have sufficient funds for the order and your account will be debited.  You will also receive an email confirming the shipping of your order. This will usually be within 2-3 business days of you placing your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation of the shipping of your order, please contact us.
